Join our March through March big 100 kilometre walking challenge, walk 100k during the 31 days of March to support those with Cystic Fibrosis . Be part of something special and raise funds to help provide Covid19 Hardship Grants, AB Face Masks and Emergency Food Vouchers.

By getting involved in our ‘March through March’ Challenge you’re helping us raise funds so that our charity can continue providing patients with vital support throughout these difficult times. With your help, we can keep providing emergency hardship and emotional support and welfare grants and giving those with Cystic Fibrosis the opportunity to live a normal life.

To take part, please make a donation to our JustGiving event page linked below, we recommend donating a minimum of £10 and then completing your 100k walking challenge throughout the month of March. If you think 100 kilometres is too much for you, you can choose your own target to walk throughout the month.

Spread awareness of the event and of Cystic Fibrosis by using the hashtag #March4CF to post photos of your walks and of your progress to let us know how your getting on to our social media sites.

To track your progress: You can use Apps like ‘MapMyWalk’, ‘Strava’, ‘Walkmeter Walking and Hiking GPS’, and ‘Nikerunclub’.

You can also use devices like a fitbit or Apple watch to track your walks and to follow your progress.

If you would like to fundraise yourselves while completing the challenge, you can do this by clicking the button ‘Start fundrasing’ on our Justgiving event page to set up your own fundraising page. If you raise over £25 you can get in contact with us to receive a Cystic Fibrosis Care t-shirt

Our vision as a charity is to create a world where those with Cystic Fibrosis can access the care they need to improve their quality of life and minimise their daily struggle. We do this by providing the following financial support through CF units and to individuals with the illness.

-Provide Activity Packs or AB Facemasks

-Emergency Hardship Grants and Food Vouchers

-Welfare Grants

-Emotional Support and Counselling

-Medical Equipment for individuals and CF Units

-Adult aged 21+ re-training support grants

-EducateCF training course for nurses to specialise in CF.
