Cystic Fibrosis Care are delighted to be chosen once again as one of the beneficiary charities of the Yorkshire Charity Clay Days 2024 and are extremely grateful to be invited.
We will be using the funds raised to buy a vital FibroScan Liver Scanner for children and adults receiving their care at the LGI and St James CF Unit in Leeds. The FibroScan liver scanner is used to diagnose and monitor disease in the liver and plays a pivotal role in assessing liver function for potential toxicity resulting from the administration of the new therapy drugs.
