Would you help Cystic Fibrosis Care?
To continue to provide hardship grants to people with CF and vital equipment to CF hospital units, we need to recruit fundraisers and volunteers in all parts of the country.
Cystic Fibrosis Care rely very heavily on just a few events that produce high rewards, but we are always looking for people who can raise money on our behalf. This is because we are a very small charity and time taken organising events means less time to distribute the grants that are so desperately needed. We have few staff and due to the cost-of-living crisis, we are receiving ever greater numbers of grant applications.
We are also looking for outdoor loving people who who like to join our team and volunteer at our upcoming events this year (See the events page). If you live too far away to help at these events, you could organise a coffee morning, raffle or bake sale etc. And if you fancy a bigger challenge, you could sign up to the Great North Run and be part of the biggest half marathon and raise funds for CF Care. The Charity place is FREE and we only ask that you commit to raising a minimum of £300 (before Gift Aid).
Email contactus@cysticfibrosiscare.org.uk to reserve your place in the Great North Run or to get in touch about other fundraising ideas. Thank You.
