£4,500 Raised for CF Care at Defender Bramham International Horse Trials

CF Care was delighted to be the official charity at this year’s Defender Bramham International Horse Trials, and what a fantastic four days it proved to be.

Despite a wet start on Thursday, the event was a tremendous success, bringing together volunteers, supporters and members of the equestrian community to raise awareness of Cystic Fibrosis and the work of CF Care.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone who supported us, we are thrilled to announce that an amazing £4,500 was raised through our raffle and donations. These funds will help us continue providing practical, emotional and financial support to people living with Cystic Fibrosis and their families across the United Kingdom.

Our raffle attracted lots of interest throughout the event, with some truly fantastic prizes on offer, including Bramham Members’ Tickets for the 2027 event, tickets to the Horse of the Year Show in Birmingham, and tickets to the London International Horse Show. We are extremely grateful to everyone who donated prizes and to all those who bought raffle tickets or made a donation.

The event also provided a wonderful opportunity to meet so many people who stopped by our stand to learn more about CF Care or share their own personal connection to Cystic Fibrosis. These conversations are always a powerful reminder of the impact our work has and why continued support is so important.

A huge thank you goes to our dedicated team of volunteers, whose enthusiasm, hard work and commitment made the event possible. We are also incredibly grateful to the organisers of Defender Bramham International Horse Trials for selecting CF Care as their official charity and for giving us such a valuable platform to raise awareness and funds.

To everyone who volunteered, donated, bought raffle tickets or simply stopped by to say hello, thank you. Your support has helped make this a truly memorable event, and we are incredibly grateful.
