Cystic Fibrosis Care (CFC) is pleased to announce the donation of eight brand-new, super comfortable chairs to Ward JO6 at St. James’ Hospital, Leeds. The vibrant, rainbow-coloured chairs were chosen by the CF Parent Focus Group to enhance the comfort of patients with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) during their hospital stays.
These new chairs replace the old, worn-out seating in patient rooms, offering a much-needed upgrade in both style and comfort. The donation is part of CFC’s ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life for those living with CF by supporting hospital CF Units with essential resources.
“We are delighted to fund these new chairs for Ward JO6 at St James” said Pat Kilpatrick, Director of Cystic Fibrosis Care. “We hope that the bright colours and added comfort will help to brighten the day of patients and make their hospital experience a little more pleasant.”
Cystic Fibrosis Care is a charity dedicated to supporting individuals with CF by providing emotional support, practical and financial assistance, and essential equipment to improve their quality of life. This donation to Ward J06 is one of many initiatives aimed at ensuring that people with CF receive the care and comfort they deserve during challenging times.
CF Care hope they brighten up the day for patients with CF.
