Charity Director Delivers Activity Packs to Children’s Cystic Fibrosis Unit in Newcastle

This week, Patricia Kilpatrick, Director of Cystic Fibrosis Care, paid a special visit to the Great North Children’s Hospital in Newcastle. During her visit, she delivered much-needed activity packs to the children in the hospital’s Cystic Fibrosis Unit.

The activity packs, which were specifically requested by the unit, are filled with fun and engaging items such as colouring books, puzzles, crayons, and treats. Designed to brighten the children’s spirits, the packs help keep them entertained during the long and often difficult hospital stays that many CF patients experience.

“We hope these small gestures bring a bit of joy and distraction to the children, helping them through some of the long, quiet moments they face while in the hospital,” said Patricia.
