Skydive Success for Danielle in Support of CF Care
A huge thank you to Danielle Godlington from Wolverhampton, who successfully completed her charity skydive on Sunday 21 June in support of CF Care.
Danielle had originally been due to take on the challenge in May, but poor weather conditions meant the jump had to be postponed. Undeterred, she finally took to the skies last weekend and completed her thrilling skydive, raising funds to support people affected by Cystic Fibrosis.
Danielle was inspired to support CF Care after her friend’s daughter, Ruby Taylor, was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at just three months old earlier this year.
Speaking about her fundraising, Danielle said: “My friend’s daughter Ruby was diagnosed at the beginning of the year at three months old. I had already booked a skydive and thought it was a good way to raise money for a great cause. I researched Cystic Fibrosis Care and know the fantastic work they do, so want to raise as much money as possible.”
Everyone at CF Care would like to thank Danielle for her incredible courage, commitment and generosity. We are extremely grateful for her support and wish her every success as she continues her fundraising journey.
Well done, Danielle, and thank you for making a difference for families living with Cystic Fibrosis.
