Be Part of Something Special – Volunteer With CF Care in 2026
Would you like to be part of inspiring events across Yorkshire and the North East — while making a real difference to people living with Cystic Fibrosis?
Cystic Fibrosis Care is looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers to support our exciting programme of events in 2026. From prestigious sporting occasions to charity lunches and endurance challenges, our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do.
Why Volunteer With Us?
Every hour you give helps us continue supporting individuals and families affected by Cystic Fibrosis. We provide grants for patients, fund vital hospital equipment, and support CF units — ensuring practical help reaches those who need it most.
By volunteering, you will:
- Be part of well-known regional events
- Meet like-minded, community-spirited people
- Gain valuable experience in events and fundraising
- Support a respected health and welfare charity
- Make a genuine difference to lives affected by Cystic Fibrosis
Events We Need Support For
This year’s events include:
- Living North Event – York Racecourse
- Yorkshire Pop-Up at Hutton Wandesley
- CF Care Charity Lunch – York Racecourse
- Official Charity at Bramham International Horse Trials
- Elite Bike Ride in the Yorkshire Dales
- Great North Run
- And other regional fundraising events
Roles may include welcoming guests, supporting registration desks, marshalling, selling raffle tickets, assisting with fundraising activities, or helping with general event logistics.
You do not need previous experience — just enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to get involved.
Who Can Volunteer?
We welcome individuals, friends, families and corporate teams. Whether you can give a few hours at one event or support us throughout the year, we would love to hear from you.
Most of our events take place across Yorkshire and the North East.
