An amazing £40,000 was raised during a charity lunch that was held at York Racecourse during the Dante Festival on 19th May 2017 organised by Christy and Sasha York in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Care based in North Yorkshire.  150 guests had a superb day which began with a champagne reception, followed by a delicious lunch and afternoon tea.  The CF Care charity is very grateful to everyone who attended including volunteers who collected £1200 on the course.  Mike Cattermole the racing commentator excelled as the auctioneer and helped to make the day so successful.  All monies raised will enable us to provide vital medical equipment for our Specialist CF Units in hospitals in Yorkshire and the North East and support individual CF patients in need of extra care and support.

Here is a look back at last year’s event!
